SETAC Italian Branch – workshop “Plastics and the Environment” 2026
EOS will take part in the SETAC Italian Branch workshop “Plastics and the Environment”, scheduled for June 5–6, 2025, in Ravenna.
At the event, EOS will present its latest advancements in particle analysis with the contribution entitled:
“Multiparametric SPES Characterization of Single Particles in Heterogeneous Environmental Mixtures and Liquids.”
This work highlights the capabilities of EOS technologies in delivering high-resolution, multiparametric analysis of individual particles within complex environmental matrices. By enabling detailed characterization in heterogeneous liquid systems, SPES provides a powerful approach for advancing the study of microplastics and particulate matter in environmental research.
The workshop offers a key platform to showcase innovative analytical solutions and to engage with leading experts in environmental science, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange on one of the most critical sustainability challenges.
